NumericX collects information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business financial information — when you contact us, request a consultation, or engage our bookkeeping services. We may also collect basic website usage data (such as pages visited) through standard analytics tools.
Information is used to provide bookkeeping and advisory services, respond to inquiries, prepare CRA filings on your behalf where engaged to do so, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent client information to third parties.
Client financial records accessed through QuickBooks, Xero, Hubdoc, or other platforms are treated as strictly confidential and are only used for the purpose of delivering contracted bookkeeping and advisory services.
Client data is stored using industry-standard cloud accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc) which maintain their own security and compliance standards. NumericX takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access.
In accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@numericx.net.
We use third-party platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, Hubdoc, and similar) to deliver services. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the data they process on our behalf.
