1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging NumericX's bookkeeping services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services provided

NumericX provides bookkeeping, CRA compliance support, and related advisory services as outlined on this website and in individual client engagement agreements. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed separately for each client.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial documentation. NumericX is not liable for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

4. No tax or legal advice disclaimer

NumericX provides bookkeeping and CRA compliance support based on extensive Ontario bookkeeping experience, but is not a law firm or a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) firm. For formal tax planning, audit representation, or legal advice, clients should consult a licensed CPA or lawyer.

5. Fees and payment

Service fees are agreed upon individually with each client prior to engagement and are billed on the schedule specified in the engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

NumericX's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual client agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
